"Low wages, high expectation from unreasonable district managers and general managers, selective management decisions to target employees for dismissal and unfair business practice (AB 17200) of not reimbursing employees for thier expenditures that are work related."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"To treat ALL employees with respect, honesty and fairness and to reevaluate district managers who are acting as henchmen for the corporation. The sad support of the CEO, CFO, Vice Pres. and others to always focus on the negative in search for positive results is NOT the way to find success."
