"Good company to work for, but it seems like they're transitioning to a newer business model."

"Expect to be challenged each and every day while working for AT&T. It's challenging, but generally rewarding."
What don't you like about working at AT&T?
"Frankly, decisions made at the higher levels of management have made the position challenging (in the sense that those decisions don't seem to be consumer-friendly, while our role as technicians is to provide customer service)."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Listen to the boots on the ground. Field Technicians were once considered to be the eyes and ears of the company!"

"Leared verry fast and they had a wide verity of work in other fields that they would bring you in on all the time"

"they had a great deal bugs that need fixed but they just got started in Wa and I feel they will have them fixed shortly and be a great co."

"pick one and train them the way they want them to bee"
