"Ascend Therapeutics is less than 3 years old, so the incentive package just keeps improving."

"I liked my customers and the relationships that I made within the community."

"I felt that management was unrealistic and tended to turn a blind eye when serious issues came forward."

"My previous manager was extremely unprofessional and biased in her feedback. She was incompetent and wishy/washy. I would have liked more consistency."
