"Line staff are engaged with SMI members 80-90% of the time and these staff are understaffed all the time; they barely earn a living wage; the production and encounter matrix is unrealistic; the executive staff earn 85% raises while the line staff earn 3-5% if any at all; there is little to no security in place to prevent staff from getting seriously harmed, which has occurred more times than not; leadership passes unrealistic expectations down to line staff every week; the compensation expectation is that your unrealistic mileage reimbursement is part of your pay and if you don't have and keep a car you are terminated, often times transport questionable members in your vehicle who may or may not have bed bugs; and if you are laid off for any reason your pto is your severance."
