"Small 40 year old company that wants to keep things pretty much the same. Since they are small there are some rules that they do not fall under. Because they are small they do not feel that they need to be compliant with other rules that they should follow. Little to no flexibility on work schedule. You had to show up during Corona virus because they determined that they are essential to other food and medical businesses."
