"Everyone is always so busy but no work gets done. Everything is a fire drill because everyone wants to have their finger in the pie."

"Take back the reins. The place is run by accountants and consultants and it shows."

"The fun-loving culture that I signed onto 6 years ago is fading and fading fast. I feel I've out grown my position and don't have a lot of options for forward or even lateral movement."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Right now, our CEO, president and Chairman of the board are all one person. And to make matters worse he is a money guy not customer service. I feel those three positions need to be held by a customer service person, a money person and a visionary to make things balance."
