"The fun-loving culture that I signed onto 6 years ago is fading and fading fast. I feel I've out grown my position and don't have a lot of options for forward or even lateral movement."

"Right now, our CEO, president and Chairman of the board are all one person. And to make matters worse he is a money guy not customer service. I feel those three positions need to be held by a customer service person, a money person and a visionary to make things balance."
