"I've been with SWS for a few years now. I used to love my job in IT. Since the restructuring, I've been placed under a micromanager that has strangled the life out of myself and my team. IT in this company is crashing and burning. Good people are leaving left and right. People we need. The only reason why the company is still running is because we're being worked to the bone. I'm sure upper management has no idea, because we've been so confined to our groups. I've only stayed for the last 6 months because I had faith. There is only so much one can take before it's time to leave. Oh and by the way, for those of us who have been "promoted" since last year, we're STILL waiting for our pay raises. Because HR had to do a 2 year "market study"."
