"I was the CEO of SoundFest, a startup developing a mobile app. I was the only full-time team member. CEO stood for Chief Everything Officer. I had to balance fundraising, hands-on product development, and manage the part-time team. Company was not successful due to team dynamics. In particular one of the founders, a lawyer, wanted to be CEO."
"As CEO some of the above doesn't make sense. SoundFest is a startup that has been in virtual mode and under-funded. Most of the team works part-time except me. We're negotiating a funding round where the investor wants to put his own person in as CEO. We've moved too slow due to the lack of funding and I think the opportunity may be past."
