"As CEO some of the above doesn't make sense. SoundFest is a startup that has been in virtual mode and under-funded. Most of the team works part-time except me. We're negotiating a funding round where the investor wants to put his own person in as CEO. We've moved too slow due to the lack of funding and I think the opportunity may be past."
