"SOSi defines it self as the most divers and multicultural, that's true. But this diversity is only when it comes to be exploited ( do the job and be under paid) when it comes to promotions, high pay , the hard work and accomplishments not a requirement,. To be promoted you need other skills essentially: be blonde, kiss asses, most important to be belong to the squad ( groupe of VPs, director, and P GM) are taking over the company, they bringing their relatives and friends with no qualification, put them in top of the program, and undermine the competence. the goal is to sabotage a max, bankrupt SOSI. And take it over. The owner of this "company " and her kids lost control to the squad. Its toxucated, most racist and hateful enverement never seen. If you are not blonde, have skill in kissing asses, and belong to the squad, to buther to get in,"

"I am an independent contractor interpreter for SOSI so I cannot speak as an employee of the company. However, I can say that SOSI has shown the utmost professionalism in every aspect of its employment towards me. It has taken great regards to its interpreters during the COVID19 pandemic and before that they allowed me the opportunity of traveling the country and broaden my knowledge in regards to immigration and criminal law. Now I consider myself apt for more than one field of employment."

The environment was tough and challenging as we worked in a very dangerous and war-torn country with our lives constantly in danger. The policies were set and hardly deviated so change was not easy to implement."
