To be promoted you need other skills essentially: be blonde, kiss asses, most important to be belong to the squad ( groupe of VPs, director, and P GM) are taking over the company, they bringing their relatives and friends with no qualification, put them in top of the program, and undermine the competence. the goal is to sabotage a max, bankrupt SOSI. And take it over. The owner of this "company " and her kids lost control to the squad. Its toxucated, most racist and hateful enverement never seen.
