"Interesting projects and ability to use cutting edge technology. Flexible schedule and ability to work from home is a big plus. I am a self-organized and self-motivated person and can perform great in the office and home setting."

"A successful candidate must be willing to take challenges on. This company doesn't have simple or trivila projects. Everything comes with a great deal of jumping through hoops. Person need to be able to work on his/her own and be very organized."
What don't you like about working at WebAlgorithm?
"I don't like the fact that we are all long-distance and I don't really like to work from home all the time. I am a people person and I need to be around people. We learn from each other and grow faster personally and professionally."

"I am really big fun of Agile methodology I am would highly recommend that development approach to management."

"Lots of dynamic energy, and good technology and great perks."

"Practice coding on paper and a white board because the interviews are very technical."

"My current position utilizes a process that is fairly rigid."

"Reduce the amount of duplicity by eliminating duplicate positions across functional areas."

"I try to never say anything negative as it is not my position to do so, and I assume they have done their own due diligence."

"The company has been struggling financially and the corporate morale is very low."

"Get infusion of capital, perhaps go public, and bring in a visionary management team that can bring the company from out of it turmoil back into an industry leader."

"They laid off 10% of their work force and I was in that 10%."

"Senior management are highly political and lacking in talent and brains."

"Remove the bureaucracy and improve the senior management talent level."

"There is a lot of variety, constant challenges, and good people."

"We are not a typical consulting company. We are business that provides services to customers, and on the service it seems similar to contracting, it isn't. It is stable, low risk and suits conservative people, but there are limits to the rewards because of those low risks."
What don't you like about working at Long View Systems?
"We are missing some pieces to develop internal staff, and as a result there is a fairly large skill gap on the path from intermediate to senior, and no clear way to resolve it."

"Implement IT systems to support the business - we focus on the customers, and want to stay small and agile but we have grown too complex for that and need tools and process to support our current size and enable growth."

"Immigration policy, growth, limitation of working space, not so good leadership."

"Location, salary, flexible working hours, full time employment with a very stable company and the ability to work remotely"

"This is an excellent company to work for! I have been there over 17 years and would HIGHLY recommend it to anyone applying. Very low pressure (most of the time) and they really treat you well."
What don't you like about working at IKEA?
"The only complaint I really have about IKEA is the fact that they only invest their money in proven software. They are NEVER on the cutting-edge of technology, which was never a concern until now, when I am looking for a new opportunity!"
What suggestions do you have for management?
"I would suggest that they rethink the outsourcing decision and invest in local talent. Company after company have already tried and failed to make outsourcing work. Hopefully, they will realize this before all of their talent is gone."

"Limited advancement due to salary. Constant change due to acquisitions of new companies and trying to place their managers."
