"Prepare to be pigeon holed into one of many micro departments not knowing what other departments are doing. CIO is a clown figurehead."

"Like working in a silo on a deserted island. Not knowing what other depts. are doing."

"Let business people run the place NOT doctors which is why 300 were downsized"

"Some of the decisions upper management made were sometimes questionable."

"Put people with the skills and knowledge in leadership positions instead of promoting from within those that don't understand the business."

"Flexibility of work hours and giving a sense of company ownership to all employees"

"Give a problem to a person and see how many different things he can think of around that problem. Look for diversity in experience and ask how that diversity changed her in these years. Dont hung up on tools."

"I cant sleep with door open. Occasional have to clean the fridge."
