"I like the opportunity to learn many technologies and the opportunity to contribute in many ways to the development of products used by millions of people."

"Be very analytical, know the technology, and demonstrate confidence in what you know."
What don't you like about working at Microsoft?
"I don't like the lack of autonomy and direct impact on the company's P&L. The stack ranking system that promotes fierce competition between peers is also a factor I'm not comfortable with."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Put more trust in young talent and provide career growth opportunities aligned to what the competitors are offering."

"Work has been exciting and I have met a lot of good people at SAP and customer/partner companies."
