As far as the actual job description, I excelled at my numbers, I was an all-star representative for the SYSMAN field, and I loved the high energy fast paced environment this was. The software itself was AWESOME and one of the top softwares out there for the System Administrative roles. The reason why I left Solarwinds for Spiceworks is plain and simple: I hated the culture. It was so negative, managers would walk by and kick your desk asking you what you booked. I would go home stressed and afraid of losing my job daily. Not good! I highly favor working for a company that is encouraging and FRIENDLY! A company that loves hitting goals and loves exceeding them!"
