Submit a Review"I love that I get to work with my favorite medium, the web. My workplace gives me great freedom in choosing the tools I want to use to do my work. I also have the freedom to suggest and even change the business requirements.All our development is done offshore. So, I don't get the opportunity to work with developers in the same room or location. I have a good rapport with the dev team but I would really love if development was moved in-house, so I could learn to code in .net or PHP."

"The people. Everyone was knowledgeable, personable, and hard-working. Even when it was crunch-time and not as much fun, the company really stepped up and provided free lunches and managers gave extra afternoons off once the project goals were met."

"Some of the economic pressures made some raise questions about whether or not we'd be able to remain employed, which was stressful."

"Keep it up. Stay in the loop as much as possible with what's going on with the larger company, and report that back to underlings to help keep people motivated."
