"What I do like about the company is this job pays the bills and I have job security to an extent here."

"What I don't like about the company and/or my position is the overtime pay, the regular pay, the pay I make for the work I do, the job tasks, etc"

"The job was challenging as it involved a number of different computer systems and hardware platforms which are involved in the processing of credit card charge request."

"No since the local office has just a small number of employees since the company downsized a few years ago."

"There were times when the company policies made solving the customer's direct issue a challenge."

"Re-expand the presence in in the Houston office in order to better serve the local reps/customers."

"Manager was great; helpful if I needed help and guided me through anything I had no experience with."

"Computers were very slow which made using them a pain."

"Working with my boss. He and I saw eye to eye on many things. We laughed a lot."

"Good company.Good people. Mostly positive employment experience. There is a danger this company is inbred. Last IT staff hired over 6 years. ago."

"Top management seems to treat this company as a step-child."

"This company is a cash-cow. Retrun some funding for additional training, staffing, etc."
