"Internal promotion in grant-funded position limited greatly because of budget."

"I would suggest they use more oppotunities to listen to their staff."

"Unless you are interviewing to be an attorney, stay away. The technology is woefully out of date, there is no training and there is a constant threat of layoffs."

"Cannot move out from under current boss because I'm his only report and have been told that they can't move me because then he wouldn't be a manager."

"Stop bragging about how great the work environment is for the senior staff while treating the administrative staff like dirt."
