"Get to know the executive management for they are no different than anyone else."
What don't you like about working at Lockheed Martin?
"The feeling of not knowing if you will be able to find a position for your people and yourself when a program has been terminated."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"The greatest resource in the company is the people. Spend some time and get to know them as a person. When a person feels at home and knows that what they are doing is meaningful, their job performance increases and retains them for a long time."

"Home and work balance, career opportunities. Work recognition, travelling, training."

"Potential is key sometimes even more than experience, the ability to adapt."

"Low performers are somehow difficult to manage but is more something that I have to work on rather than a company issue."

"Strive to do more with less meetings. Grade people on their accomplishments and not on a personal philosophical position."
