"Working harder or smarter does not give you the big annual increase. It is only for the very few gifted folks."

"It is sink or swim here as far as work goes. Projects are short like 1-3 months and then nothing for 1-3 months. It makes me very nervous."

"Spend more time with my direct reports. I rarely see my boss. Maybe 1 time per week."

"No, I would just say be ready to relocate at any time you are employed here."

"The work is limited to an existing contract, when it is gone so is your job."

"Keep the teams small so we can focus on the task at hand and not juggle workers."
