"I worked as an embedded software engineer for LHP Software. As a contractor, they placed me at Cummins, Columbus, IN. As such In my ratings reflect Cummins rather than LHP. If I was able to rate LHP; I would give them very good in all categories"
"I've worked for this company since 2006. The company has a lot of excellent engineers with solid organization, but needs to expand the base of customers. It relies heavily on a few manufacturing companies so if anything bad happened in one of those companies, that would put the company in danger."

"The location. The office is close to home. The people get along well."

"Working harder or smarter does not give you the big annual increase. It is only for the very few gifted folks."
What don't you like about working at LHP Software?
"It is sink or swim here as far as work goes. Projects are short like 1-3 months and then nothing for 1-3 months. It makes me very nervous."

"Spend more time with my direct reports. I rarely see my boss. Maybe 1 time per week."

"Since it is a training program, sometimes we get limited resource."
