"I dislike no room for creativity or pushing the envelope, and an ivory tower centralized micromanagement. Come in and do what you are told to do. Don't do more. Do it well and you make average cut, because others did better than you."

"Applied Materials is very profit focused company that drives them to make bad short term decisions about people and software investment."

"They should invest more in their legacy software. The legacy software is profitable and the profits should be re-invested back into the product."

"I am the entire support desk for IT and I was brought in to help them franchise the use of a software product that I wrote, but now they say that isn't what I should be focusing on. I should just maintain their system."

"The entire marine industry is behind the times technologicaly and most certainly the people here that over see the IT department need to understand the needs and abilities of people in that department."
