"I do not like doing the same things again and again. I'm quiet lucky that I don't have to most of the time"

"That I'd have to relocate to advance my carreer. I would prefer to stay in the Dallas area."

"Less technical details and more user stories. Have the users more involved with the decision making instead of assuming that the product owners know what's best for users."
