"At our site we had a pretty cohesive group and fun together."

"Don't bother unless you are desparate or think you could get some good experience for a short timeframe."
What don't you like about working at Oceanit?
"The company lacked vision, was stodgy and old fashioned -- You are lucky to have a job. You should be happy to clean the toilets if told to do so. (spoken by the HR manager)"
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Provide growth, opportunity for all employees. Do not continually center on those already being provided with the largest share of salaries and opportunities create a more dynamic and modern corporate cultue, and encourage creativity rather than stifle."

"Not much to like about it at all. Free snacks"

"If you're an IT person, steer clear of these people. They are only a handful of people that know their keyster from a whole in the ground. You'd be better off somewhere else."

"Rampant cronyism and nepotism make this a dead end for anyone interested in advancing their career."

"Look for a competent company to acquire you. Cash in your stock options and stay out of the world's way."
