What do you like about working at Sodexo?
"I enjoyed my sense of management. It was my first real managerial job, and I very much enjoyed that I was in charge of all marketing efforts, and that people came to me for answers."

"This is an international company, and that is a very important thing to remember. At any given time, someone better may come along. Always do your job to the best of your ability, and you will succeed."
What don't you like about working at Sodexo?
"I did not like that I was limited by what the regional marketing manager said was okay. There were other schools in our region that had a larger marketing budget than ours and she did not seem to understand that."

"My biggest suggestion was to treat each school like it's own entity...not part of a group."
