"Great people. We hired the best, and they very very rarely would think about leaving. We paid well, developed and promoted our employees internally, and gave them significant responsibilities. People were promoted based on their merits and productivity, not based on tenure with the company, so the cream always rose to the top."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"Make sure they have secured project work in their future project pipeline."

What don't you like about working at Snyder Langston?

"Some senior managers were allowed to get away with slacking off on the discipline that was normally expected. This inconsistency was not tolerated by most employees but some senior managers got away with it, which greatly irritated many employees."
