"Their training program is excellent and worth the time. However, the job itself is slow and unrewarding---a tolerable transition job if you don't mind working 12-hour days, weekends, and holidays."

"The level of micromanagement is absurd and demeaning. The changing commission structure is making it more and more difficult to make a decent living."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"I would provide more incentives for sales people and encourage their desire to learn. I would work with salespeople to develop and improve their skills based on individual needs. I would also give regular feedback to my employees regarding their performance."
