"I very much enjoyed working with the staff, each staff member needed to be coached in a different way so that kept me very busy"

"Ask a lot of questions about the position that your are interviewing"

"Being micro managed by a new CEO that came to the company with no previous experience in research, therefore having to train him and the vice president on how to run a company."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Let the staff do their job with out the interferance. Mirco managment waste everyones time."

"I loved the freedom of being able to self manage."

"Again, know the business/company for which you are interviewing and show them why you deserve that position."

"We didn't receive much support or understanding from the executive level. To be honest, I am not sure if this was a will or a skill issue."

"Try to understand what your employees need and do everything in your power to help them succeed."

"Wide latitude is given to manage your area of responsibility. The IT dept is strong."

"Be comfortable with the starting salary for the foreseeable future. The benefits are expensive with average coverage."

"Poor unity among sites. Cost prohibits sites working together. Operations and Account Management don't work well together."

"Strengthen team effort and communication from executive team. Executive team is focused on effectiveness and less on development."
