"Be willing to accept guest complaints of inadequate service and low quality product."

What don't you like about working at Silverado Resort?

"No support, The current Management has cut back on labor and I have lost an manager on my team. As well as Service Staff throughout the Property has been cut below Industry Service Standards."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Cutting Labor is only a short term fix to gain revenue or to increase REVPAR. Clients like the human touch, not all services can be accomplished by automation."
