"Work Schedule is demanding for pay. Not much employee appreciation. Behind the times in terms of technologically advanced. For a lab, should have top of the line/advanced capabilities (Will help with work efficiency). A lot of turn over at the hourly status. Did not hire employees with the necessary capabilities so they can save on wages."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Investigate Top 10 companies and see what are their employee incentives/programs (ie. Google), would probably have happier employees and less turn over."
