What do you like about working at Siemens?

"Challenging work, lots and lots to learn. I joined as a Jr. Developer as it is my first job. I a couple of years, I was responsible for an entire module and few parts in other modules, and the integration and packaging for delivery to the client. Also got promoted as Sr. Developer in an year and half. I was happy to work with a great team and in challenging project."

What don't you like about working at Siemens?

"The compensation required to be better for the work done."

"Nice people(co-workers and direct managers) to work with. Good life/work balance."

"Company is not doing good mainly due to high-manangement mistakes"
