"I would always be honest and dont go for it if you know its not for you.I wouldn't want someone getting the job and quitting when I would give 110% and be there everyday ready to do my job"
What don't you like about working at Boston Market?
"I do not like that I am smarter then my management and that I I could do their job better then them with proper training, which I have been promised and not received. Also, that for the last four months, I have been dong the job that I would pay and employee 9.00 to do."

"A better hiring system, equal treatment of staff and other management< a different food ordering system, complete schedule changes, and I would personally fire half the people that work there and start over with trainng that is only up to boston market standard."

"I liked the fast pace and how well things ran when you have a good floor team working during summer rushes."

"Be VERY stern about your availiblity. When you get calls asking you to come in on a day off, don't even pick up the phone and if you did pick up, say no."

"They didn't care about the well-being of their shift leaders or store managers. I watch a co-worker faint while on the line because she had been so over worked."

"Don't stick new GM's in test stores while expecting them to run the store and learn the new equipment."
