"There was never a dull moment. I like interacting with the different personalities and people daily. I also like seeing how managing a team could work so fluidly and efficient."

"Be real. Starbucks is not for someone who perceives to be someone that they are really not, because in the end you will be working with customers and your true identity will be seen."

"I loved working with the people to get good production, and do it safely. We went over a year without a recordable accident this past year, we had cut our waste."
