"Unfortunately i am not aware of what the competition pays for a similar position.
My first year with the company as a trainee i earned $43000 and after i got placed as an operations manager i got a $4000 increase. In addition to that i got a $1000 for my 6 months with the company and another $1000 for my 1 year assessment.
As a trainee in another department i earned $44000 and after i got promoted to an assistant, my base salary remained at $44000. I got a $1000 increase after my 6 months assessment and another $1000 after my 1 year assessment."
