"JF Shea takes incredible care of their employees. Expect to work at least 10hrs/day but the work is excited and fulfilling. You will thrive at JF Shea if you have a go-get-it attitude and make the most of your opportunities. My biggest complaint is that the chain of command isn't always clearly defined, sometimes making it difficult to navigate challenging situations."
