"Be very civil, show good manners, and leave your field lingo at the door. It has no place in a professional office environment, and Shea is big on letting you know that."

What don't you like about working at Shea Homes?

"The fact that preference for promotions was given based on religious affiliations was constantly flying around the office, and some examples of that were obvious. However, they were also very merit driven, and factored that into their selection processes more."

"None, just don't turn into backstabbers, like many in middle management are, when business gets slow."
