"I really don't like SharePoint. I'm very good at it but it's broken software. I've opted out for an MVC solution too many times."

"No, they do what they can. They manage the products well but the platform is lacking."

"The developmen opportunities could have been a lot better. I had career goals to develop in Business process automation and BI but there was not assistance and no path."

"Have a plan for employee development that provides training, incentives and support."
