What do you like about working at SAIC?
"I like the people and the environment that is provided."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"Just be yourself and answer the questions to the best of your ability. If you don't know something but state that you're willing to learn, management appreciates the honesty."
What don't you like about working at SAIC?
"There isn't anything I don't like about the company. It's very relaxed."
What do you like about working at Bank of America?
"Environment and the working style of the team very cooperative."
What don't you like about working at Bank of America?
"Not exactly anything as working environment was very good, people are very friendly."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Perfect people, they should keep working like this, no conflict will arise."

"The people make everything worth while. My coworkers are great!"

"Sign a contract. Get everything in writing. Make sure you have a backup plan."
What don't you like about working at ENGlobal?
"The company is still recovering from a terrible CEO for the last two years."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"I'd ensure that I got out of the way and let people do what was necessary to get their job done."
What do you like about working at Eagle Alliance?
"They employed me right out of college. The salary and benefits are decent."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"The company is run in a sort of antiquated way. There are plenty of processes and procedures to follow that rarely make sense. Get your work done and you'll be fine."
What don't you like about working at Eagle Alliance?
"I'm three years removed from college and there aren't really any younger people I can relate to here. I would like to work more with my peers. There isn't anyone I could go out and have a drink with after a long week at work. Also, the windows are blocked off so no natural sunlight in the office. I spend a lot of my time wasting time."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"I'm not sure I would do that much differently. I think my boss does a good job running the show. I'd make sure everyone had enough work to do."

What do you like about working at Corning?
"People who work here are highly qualified and very energetic, you can actually learn a lot from people around you."

"Corning is more towards Research and Development sector so make sure you know where exactly you want to go."
What don't you like about working at Corning?
"There is nothing specific that I didn't like as it was not an IT company there main business was manufacturing."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Can't really suggest anything as I was an intern so didn't get much time."

"The people I worked with were great and we helped each other."

"Yeah run forrest and dont stop. They will kill your careeer."

"The poor management lack of tools and support with projects."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"I would ask them to step down and let some real managers take over."

"It is a great atmosphere to start out your career. People for the most part are very nice."

"I would ask what is the highest level that a person can reach starting out within the department. Most of the time most managers will not have an answer to that."
What don't you like about working at Parker Drilling?
"There is no room to grow your skill sets. If you produce good work you will move up to higher titles and higher pay but there are not many levels to move up."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"To recognize your talented personnel and keep them happy so you don't have to replace your talented workers when they get frustrated."
