"People say the S.O.P. (in writing) does not apply unless someone wants to burn an employee. Policies only are applied when it is beneficial."

"Avoid it like the plague, it's a sinking ship with zero chance for advancement"

"The environment, pay, benefits, and overall moral of the company is horrible"
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Get a clue, change is great, but how about some incentives to be excited about it, or even cooperative. Wage, hour, and benefit cuts, and cutting the few inexpensive perks available make for lousy employee moral, complete lack of enthusiasm for anything that comes from management, and overall very poor working conditions."

"Its a good start from retail. Retail gave me a strength to handle stress and work under pressure. Also made me a professional for clients."

"Dressed Professionally upon interview. Be ready for the Customer. Some Technical Experience will help."

"There is nothing that I don't like. The reason I want to move is Just to get better Opportunity."

"Its a big company and has good policies. As long as policies are getting followed there is no suggestion."

"they will just throw the job at you because at the end of summer they will fire you they will tell you they will keep you but they wont so just remember they will throw the job at you I worked here for a couple of years"

"lied to everyday boss was lazy lied too you and came 3 hours late everyday even to meetings didnt know what he was doing"

"come in before your employes and stock inventory and know what you are doing and fire prince and get someone new"

"working with no eyes glaring me down and saying what is what working outside and not in a office"

"he will just give you the job because after summer he will let you go he will say if you work hard come in do your job and dont complain you will stay but you wont so you will just be given the job"

"lie to their employes and dont know whats going on and they call you and ask where you are at because they dont know and if you dont answer your personal phone that you pay for and if you dont they bite your head off and if some other guy who the boss prays on the floor for doesnt want to do something he throws it at you and you have to do it and supplies is always low and you never know how much your getting paid because they dont even know how the commission pay goes dont dont work here if you have a family or count on a job to live on cause you wont know if you will have one the next day you walk into work"

"care about the employes and not lie to the ones who are working hard out there 7am-7pm 6 days a week and the lazy ones get to keep there job and talk back to the boss and keep the job and get a manager who does come 3 hours late and knows what he is doing aka prince I worked here for a couple of years and just get cut out of no where for what working hard"

"Meeting people, solving or fixing problems quickly and efficiently. Good pay and benefits."

"They don't operate in Oregon. Would be nice if I could just transfer over to a possition in Oregon."

"There is no advancement or growth at Sears. Management needs to improve on training."

"Keep trying and don't give up. I really think if y'all fix these issues things might get better."
