"No. You're on your own. It all depends on the top personnel that is at that location."

"We did not have a bench person to refurbish equipment and had to do it ourselves before we started our day."

What do you like about working at American Industrial Metrology?
"The people, the atmosphere. This is a small company with big potential."

"Be yourself. Be truthful. Don't expect to get away with not working 100%."
What don't you like about working at American Industrial Metrology?
"The travel was very tough. It would have been better if it was only 4 days out during the week, but you typically travel all week long with little time home."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Schedule better so that 1 crew can be out approximately 4 days during the week. May provide extra pay for additional days out."

"I was never bored, and the people I worked with were generally great."

"I do not think that I could, in good conscience, recommend anyone work there if they have other options."
What don't you like about working at Fry's?
"The paranoid culture I could never get used to, and the penny pinching by top management made day to day functions difficult on a fairly routine basis. Also, every store, and even departments within stores, were pitted against one another, rather than working towards the benefit of the company as a whole."

"Loosen the purse strings a little, and stop having stores/departments within stores compete with one another"

"I liked working with the computers the best. Troubleshooting and implementing the various projects introduced to the company."

"I would give a warning that the company has a reputation among it's past and present employees that they were not treated well."

"I did not like the growth potential and their lack of cultivating employees."

"Variety of work projects, no day was same"

"Company is over 100 years old and has a hard time changing it's ways. They are in fiancial trouble at this time. They will blindside you if a lay off comes-they will simply call you in from a job to the office and tell you goodbye!"
What don't you like about working at Hobart Service?
"Too many politics, too much strictly business, too much favoritism, impersonal management, too much money waste, management unaware of what is going on, no management follow up on jobs, dispatch problems."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Stop the money waste, follow up on jobs, call customers ahead to schedule appropriate time to service visit, stop double/triple part orders by reviewing service calls."
