"I like helping the public get safely back on the road. I enjoy teaching team members and seeing it implemented. I like that my ideas are considered by upper management."

"Be ready with answers relating to problem-solving and conflict resolution."

What don't you like about working at AAA?

"The decision-making for emergency road service is made from a corporate office by executives who have no practical experience with the demands of providing totally satisfied service to our members. It leads to directives that are counter to the reality on the floor."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"They could reach out to the floor and get a sense of how it really works, as opposed to how they think it should work."
