"If you are interviewing for a Service Desk Position, you will be told that you will work first shift and be doing server side work and projects, when in all actuallity you are just going to be doing level 1 help desk work."
What don't you like about working at Terenine Technology Solutions?
"The Service Desk Mgmt does not care about their team, the department is run like a mom and pop computer shop and does not utilize the latest technology and software that a enterprise environment should, PC builds are still being loaded like it would if you took it to Best Buy. You are paid a salary there for you don't get OT nor do you get paid travel time as time worked for having to drive to a remote site and work a back to back double shift."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Replace the SDS Mgr with one that will listen to the team and is competent in their decision making and management skills."
