"Direct contact with User and student. Is very rewarding to receive direct feedback when good jobs are done."

"Be prepared for highly demanding customer (Student and Faculty) and very regulated industry."

"Some processes are a bit bureaucratic or redundant, but Higher Education is very regulated industry, you lear to deal with it."

"Constant coaching and periodical review with clear vision and goals. With that they staff would do better."

"I have flexible hours at my current company so I can be their for my family when I am needed."

"I suggest be yourself and make sure this is something you want to do and do not just look at the salary."
What don't you like about working at BDP International?
"They do not put family as a priority as much as I do. I work overtime daily and I do not mind but when a family issue arises I would like the time off to assist."

"I like for them to take everything into consideration before a decision is made and not just the numbers."

"Nice people to work with. Good technologies and benefits not bad."

"Make certain you know exactly what you are getting into."
What don't you like about working at Dräger?
"Everyone is stretched to thin in their jobs. It is a very stressful environment. Not enough resources to get the job done. No training is available."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Provide some employee training. Also, provide some management training. Hire more people to get the work done."

"I was given a role where I strived and could focus myself to meeting and overcoming client challenges."

"Company is on a downward slide that is only of late coming to the surface of recognition."

"I had a great team and wonderful peers"

"Be wary, your job may be moved off shore; 800+ of us had our jobs moved to Mexico from Perot. Money is king. Other than that I had fun there, Perot only hires the best professionals, real talent."
What don't you like about working at Perot Systems?
"You are a number to the senior management."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Show more loyalty to your employees. I was give Ross Perot's book when I was hired but the company didn't follow his principles."
