"Not much. It has lost it's luster and lacks leadership. Work at home flexibility is good. Money is poor."

"Someone new coming in can demand good money. Once you get in, you will be stuck in that pay scale as career progresses."
What don't you like about working at Avid Technology?
"Don't promote from within. Compensation does not correlate to my yearly sales of $10 Mill. annually"
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Generate moral. Attempt to develop a head turning product rather than the same things with new packaging."

"I was thrilled to go to work for Carrier, the inventor of the industry, however, I soon found that managers are not as well educated as the underlings they sought out to get the work done and I think it has caused the company to deteriorate from its former lofty status."

"BT allows employees to Telecommute. Also, great friendly and professional enviroment. Fun employees. Great cafe and lunch room!"

"Sorry, I do not have any other than take advantage of telecommuting, it is a great way to keep life balanced"
What don't you like about working at BT Group?
"There isn't many things I don't like about the company, however the grave Yard shift is always a bit challenging."

"To try to incorporate more team meetings to identify potential issues and for better development of the team."
