"Sephora is a great company which is why I've spent 8 years here starting from Desktop Support all the way to both Platform Engineering, and Client Engineering teams respectively (if it exists at Sephora; I've either looked at it, fixed it, or built it). I don't fault anyone in the company, and don't really have anything negative to say about the company. If I am being honest, I've been at Sephora for 8 years, and I've grown bored and a little burned out, and would like to work for a company that is more technical in nature, and not retail. I would recommend Sephora to other people as it is a strong company to work for; it is just time for me to move on to grow as an engineer and as an individual."

"I was hired as a contractor for originally 6 months, and was extended for additional 3 months. Fellow coworkers were incredibly welcoming and I was given all the tools to grow in my area of expertise. It was a great company to learn from and work with."

Sephora has promised year after year to develop their LP department however nothing has changed.DO NOT EXPECT TO BE PROMOTED. Not only are there few positions available within this department, Sephora tends to hire externally without offering positions to their own employees deserving promotions. Director is a joke, Almost all leaders lack experience."

"something that is not so pleaseant working at sephora would be theft, we all hate it but some people completely love it"

"Sephora is very specific in how they want to do business, but they're very inefficient in their execution."

"The company is incredibly inefficient and problems are not solved with any sort of urgency. There's a disconnect between stores and the corporate office."

"I would make the company far more efficient and increase communication between stores and the corporate office."
