Listen more to the first line employees and supervisors---they have many great ideas since they are closest to the work. Upgrade strategies, operating systems, and make the company culture more inclusive of individuals who are not white males.
3.9I had worked for Sensus for 29 years and left after upper management changes in 2010 and was informed my services were no longer needed. Over most of the 29 years it had been a great company to work for with excellent employee morale and good products for the utility markets served. The morale over the last year or so while I was there was slipping. I still have many acquaintances who work for the company and hope they all do well.
