"I cannot recommend this company to any prospective employee. If you are good at what you do, working for this company will frustrate you to no end."

"The C level staff micro-manages constantly and you must mirror their management style to be perceived as successful even if you produce results."

"Learn how to manage by empowering the people you hire to do what you have hired them to do. Stop the micro-management. Get some training on how to be a better manager and leader."

"My average work week is about 65 hours. The amount of work I must do for each loan is extensive."

"Listen more intently to the employees. Ther bank doesn't always listen to the employess."

"THX, its brand and reputation are not well defined as yet. Also management is shaky due to 9 re-organizations in 10 years."

"The announced change of direction from service/technology to CE products"

"Build from firm basis and business practices. it is great to reinvent yourself, and healthy. But sudden shifts leave loyal clients who depended on you in shock."

"The company went through some changes and was under financial hardship as some of the clients failed to pay. If the company had not had the financial hardships it would have continued to grow and expand its national client base internationally."
