"The problem with the position isn't the work so much a the way the organization has become structured over the course of my time here. Although, the company is fond of re-orgs it can be stressing on smaller teams and those who are not co-located with a majority of their internal stakeholders.My peers are wonderful people and incredibly talented in their field. I only with I got to work with them more."

"Be smart, be diligent, be conservative, be cool, be normal, be smart."
What don't you like about working at Oracle?
"It is not too bad, but it is kind of old school, not as innovative or not perceived as innovative anymore."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"I would see the company and retire if I were the CEO."

"I would be very cautious if considering a career with Kodak."

"Lack of insight into the importance of User Experience and how this field of study can win, or lose customers, lack of vision on board of directors decisions."

"Invest in new technology platforms, embrace the new era of digitally sharing images, expand on new product opportunities."
