"- People are not sure which are your Sr Ui Designer responsibilities and it is sad to know that your boss knows less than you do and want you to do more... Seriously. +When you find the right company that understand what your job is all about, you are the base and most important thing for any digital product and it is good be part of a team that produce amazing things."

"Well they are going under, so I would not recommend anyone seek a job their."
What don't you like about working at Plum District?
"Well, if you look them up on Glassdoor, that pretty much says it all. Too much red tape, not responsive enough for my tastes."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Flatten out the organization, there isn't a need for everyone to have a title. Less meetings would go a long way."

"Nice people, nice place to work. Highly collaborative. Well balance of work & life. Company overall is very generous and caring."

"It's a very conservative company due to the nature of its business - investment."
What don't you like about working at Capital Group?
"Highly collaborative. Design by committee, Too many reorganizations in a short period of time."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Reorganizations and changes should be managed more carefully. Cultural change is a bit too radical."
